Democracy....My Foot...

Was just listening to a recent show of "Live with Talat Hussain". I was delighted to see how our educated lot was yelling at each other...anyhow thats an old thing now......

People were emphasizing that there should be democracy....a government that should reflect the thinking of the general public....LOL....... I think if this country is still running then the only reason is.....that nobody has reflected the opinions of the general public yet. Some intelligent or should i say cunning people came in the government because of their own personal benefits and in doing so this country got SOME benefit also. if ever the rein of this country would go to any one from the public this country would collapse.

Our nation has not developed the matureness to do so. why we cry over the dictatorship when everyone in our country is doing the same at their levels? everyone is crying that look people dont get food, shelter, cloths.....poor people...how sad...!!!!
but try to look at the other side of the pic also......our people dont want to work.....they just earn for one meal and then rest unless they begin to die of hunger again.....they dont want to work.......
our nation just want to sit and eat.....how do you show pity for these people....i have seen myself these so called poor things.......they just want to beg and eat......they are poor by choice not by chance....they are poor because they want to.....

whoever got a seat becomes a "pharon".....and i am not talking abt the assembly seat. whoever got a chance that he could use power on other people because of the seat or position...he does it
even if he is a sweeper and your gutters are choked.....you have to use your source to get them clear or keep on bugging the sweeper.... if you are lucky to find him in a good mood you might get the job done...otherwise........

our people need a "DANDA" full time "DANDA" which could drive them.......this is the only solution.....

the only people who are suffering are the ones like Dr. Abdul Qadeer........ we are all bull shits and nothing else..... We dont need democracy

Ban on Student Organizations....

Last Saturday i was watching the DAWN Breakfast show and the topic under discussion at that time was about the ban on the students organizations in colleges and universities. So much was said. Some said that the political parties use them for their own benefits. give them the weapons and then the blah blah things happen and thats why the ban is there. Some said that the same things are still happening but the ban thing has stolen the political rights of the students. they are not able to give their views through some platform.

first of all the main cause of the ban is the nature of our society...which says
"if you are not able to eliminate the problem from a matter....eliminate the matter altogether"

so according to that if you are not able to handle the student organizations...if you are not able to implement the law and order then ban the organizations.
if there is a wound on your hand and its giving you pain then cut your hand away. thats the Pakistanis best policy.

Now wanna tell you about the students also. as far as i have seen around me students dont give a damn to politics or any current affair things. firstly right from the childhood our brains are implanted with the idea that "stay away from all kind of organization".

The things happening around us i mean those bomb blasts forbid us from going near or making small crowds. we have become cowards to such an extent that we have stopped even discussing things. Mostly students around me are only and only interested in new gadgets, cell phones, girls in boys and boys in girls, back bitings...blah blah..... but politics or the current affairs or the question that whats happening in the present world scenario is far from us.......

Yes the only organization thats prospering is the Jamat-e-islami. and thats because they do whatever they want to. mould the religion in which ever way they want and then they got the encouragement and support from each other on personal and political level....so obviously such an organization will work......

so the moral of the story is that everything is just messing up ...ban or no ban is not going to make any difference...it doesnt matter anymore.....the same way it doesnt matter that our more respectable JANAB Chief Justice Sahab is back or not.....does it make any difference to the justice level.....do i need to answer this question???

its just the fight of the elephants and nation like us deserve to be crushed in their feet.........

Hai Afsoos....this male dominating society.... :(

there was a great hue and cry for the past many months about the deal between Benazir Bhutto and Presidant Musharraf. at that time i was thinking that Benazir has doubled cross everyone...what a cunning woman she is...how much intelligent....all the other male politicians were left open mouthed...i was so proud..... BUT.......

i forgot that its a male dominating world.....and that it was just an illusion given to her..... and Nawaz Sharif came from the back and took the lead in the race..... now the sympathies of the nation is with him......our nation job is just shifting the sympathies.....be it politics, cricket,marriage,divorce....whatever...... WOW....What a nation!! Hum sa ho tau samney aii....

anyway i was just mourning on whatever happend to Miss Bhutto.....thats not fair mam and my sympathies are with you...... try a new strategy ...

if cant come up with any ask our ABBA GEEE..... He got the real talent....
waiting anxiously for the new shugal ;)

An article worth reading...

I have read this article a few weeks before and I am still very surprised at it. Please read the following article first.

http://www.dawn.com/weekly/books/archive/070805/books3.htm

It’s so astonishing that a person who is waiting for death has completed his education up to the masters level and he has done this all from the jail. He reads books and asks for more and can write such a fantastic English with such a good sense of humor. I am still not able to digest it. The man is really remarkable.
